Location was great, right in the heart of everything. Parking was a plus. The garden was a nice touch.
Who needs clean rugs and a welcoming atmosphere when you have a lack of hot water and tiny towels?

I had a fantastic stay in this lovely old cottage. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with all the main attractions and facilities within easy reach. Having protected parking was a great bonus. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated with lovely period features. It was also much bigger than the pictures suggest. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The cottage provided appropriate dishes and mugs. There were two pleasant pubs and a good chip shop within walking distance. it was a warm and inviting place to stay.
Nothing not to like.
